Angels, Devas, and the Destinies of Humans

In relation to the Universe, it is the Lipka⁽¹⁾ who project into objectivity from the passive Universal Mind, the Ideal Plan of the Universe upon which the Builders reconstruct the Cosmos after every Pralaya.⁽²⁾ So, they are the Ones who project into objectivity, from the passive Universal Mind the Ideal Plan, for they stand parallel to the Seven Angels of the Presence, or Angels of the Planetary Spirits; and they are the informing Spirits, the Informing Spirits of the Stars in general and the planets especially.

In the case of the humans, they rule the destinies of humans who are all born under one or another of Their Constellations. The Lords of Karma are connected as they are with the destiny of every human, and the birth of every child, whose life is already traced in the Astral Light; not fatalistically but only because the future, like the past is ever alive in the present. They balance the karma out in each life to fit the time, place and circumstance of each individual's earth life, so that the most may be gained from each life. They are called the Spirits of the Universe, whereas the builders are only our own planetary deities.

It is said in the early Church philosophy that there were Four Cardinal Angels or Devas⁽³⁾ who presided over the four Cardinal Points; the North, the South, the East and the West, and they also are connected with Karma and carry out her decrees; such as the four kinds of winds, which have their respective evil and beneficent influences upon the health of every human and every living being. It is said that disease epidemics and wars come from the invisible messenger of the North and also the West. This is according to Ezechiel. The Glory of God comes from the way of the EAST. Face the East when you meditate; the West means going to sleep.

Desire and Destiny

There are evil doers, and there are simply thinkers who brood evil. It is the Truth that our destiny is written in the stars because the chief features of one's life are always in accordance with the Constellation that one is born under; that is, the Sign of the Zodiac. This is the reason you are born under these Signs. There is a very specific reason for it. Now the human always sets the pattern for his next life and he does that during his current life.

The total object of one's life here on earth is to attain YOGA or UNION. That is to unite yourself with your DIVINE ORIGINATING SOURCE. So, in this particular life, you set the pattern for your next life, by your desires. What are your desires? Whatever they may be; they determine the course you will go. Now, the individuality here is expressed as the ‘MORTAL REFLECTION HUMAN' because it dies at the end of a mortal life, and it is the SOUL, the Immortal part of that life that takes on a new body when it reincarnates.

Conception, Birth, the Archetype, and Free Will

I am asked more and more, lately, ‘When does the Soul enter the Body'? Actually, the Soul is there at the time of conception obviously; that is the vehicle. Now, the Soul doesn't need to stay there, because this has to build into a form, which has taken on physical life which it does by the 4th month. Then, most always, the Soul enters the vehicle, in order to mold that vehicle to the most effective, effective use they can mold it into. Sometimes, for one reason or another, not discernible, at the last moment the Soul may decide to abandon the vehicle, and, stillbirth. Again, it is possible that the Soul may want to enter, do what it can do, then leave for a while; and then enter again at the first breath, also possible. But, generally speaking, it stays with it and works with it until the 4th month; aids and abets the birth.

Somewhere, sometime, it best suited you, or the individual to be born at a particular time to fit that particular Constellation pattern, or your pattern is what it is. The very second the baby takes a breath, a picture is snapped. THAT PICTURE IS FROZEN, AND THAT'S YOU. All of the configurations, all of these planets in the solar system of ours have a direct bearing on you; because the very word relativity means relation. All things are related to all other things to one degree or another. So, that's your picture. Now, many people, as you well know, will say, ‘Well I am a Libran”, that's the curse you're born under! That's the Lesson you have to learn going out, and you have to work with that, you have to mold that. Now, Scorpio, as an example, opposite is Taurus; Scorpio should move more towards Taurus. Taurus should move more towards Scorpio. Thereby we gain Balance. One is extreme in one opposite; this is extreme in the other opposite. Now, we come together more in Balance. That is why the opposite signs have that meaning.

What I said was the Matrix, the Archetype, the Master Mold is constructed on the Inner Planes; and it is constructed from the materials supplied. So, to remove any emotion, an ELEMENTAL is materialized; poof, and he goes about his business, and he puts together all that is in the Blueprint. He doesn't add a little, he doesn't take away a little. He doesn't say, ‘oh well now there's emotion involved there, here's Charlie, we'll fix his wagon this trip; we'll give him 4 square wheels'; nothing like that. That's emotion! The ELEMENTAL just goes ahead and puts together what's there. That's in the Archetype. THAT'S THE SHADOW THAT'S BEING PRODUCED HERE, in the physical body.

So, it's the SOUL that's busy working with this embryo to bring it up to what to what it is, you see what I mean, so it doesn't fall short of it. Now, a BUDDHA IS ONE WHO HAS GAINED UNION, AND A CHRIST IS ONE WHO IS SUPERIOR TO THIS EARTH. Want that repeated? Buddha is the one who has gained UNION and Christ IS the one who is Superior to this earth. Did not Christ say, ‘Greater things than I have done you shall do'? He's Superior to this earth. There is no fatalism in Karma. The human cannot escape his ruling destiny because he created that destiny; but he always has free will to choose the way that he will go.

The Laws of Harmony and Balance in Creation

Now, the human is always a free agent during his stay on earth. The human during his life can always create a new pattern for himself; and he can also create a new pattern for his future, and this is not FATALISM, and neither is it karma. Karma neither punishes us nor rewards us. We do this ourselves by the causes we set in motion and these causes react upon us as effects. So, the law of Harmony is the Law of Balance. All Nature is in Balance and it is the human who disturbs the balance; and he disturbs it through karma, and it is the LIPIKA who restore it to Balance. Now, does everyone get a little bit of an idea about the Balance and Harmony in Creation, about the Lipika, the Akasha,⁽⁴⁾ the Picture Gallery of Eternity, and how it works?

Actually, too, let me cover this. The PICTURE GALLERY is maintained and retained in the very Highest Regions, but, again, this is REFLECTED down into the ASTRAL. It is no different than the TV station might be miles and miles away from the TV set. What is projected from the Studio is received on the set. Same thing here. What is there in True Essence is reflected down into the ASTRAL. These are voluminous Records and if you wish to see something, tune into it. Now, you have to have this ability obviously. If you want to see something you tune into it and it begins to run off just like a TV screen would. The whole thing begins to run off and you see it exactly as it is, or was, or will be, as the case may be; and this is it!
