“…Actually, one's surface of life could be greater if the base has a larger contact with Cosmic Life. Cosmic Life is like the Ocean. Individual life is like a wave. Cosmic Life Force IS the Ocean of existence, individual life force is a tiny wave of Cosmic Life Force.

What we have discussed so far is the basic principle of how to derive Cosmic Life Force for more energy and good health. Our ideology, is to establish greater coordination between our life force and the unlimited, unbounded Source of Cosmic Life Energy which is on the basis of Being (Self), not on the basis of thinking.

This is one of the glorious aspects of the well Integrated ideology of S.R.M. (Spiritual Regeneration Movement) to Revive the Spirit- Being (the Higher Self, as stated in this discourse, pg. 51) which brings to us the Secrets of the most practical Wisdom of life whose every aspect stands as Complete and is able to satisfy any intellect and every practical phase of life concerning it. Our Ideology of deriving Cosmic Life Force to strengthen and develop our life energy is very Complete in theory and practice. In order to derive really lasting benefits from the practice (Meditation and its Transcendence) it is extremely necessary that we understand the Principles behind it (Meditation).

The Teaching of Right Action without due emphasis on the Primary Realization of Being is like building a wall without a foundation.

…Shankara's Self-Realization stems from the Eternal Philosophy of the integrated life.

…in which the heart is so pure as to be able to flow and overflow with waves of universal love and devotion while the mind refines as to enjoy awareness of divine nature...

The Omni Present of Eternal Being, unmanifested and Absolute. Its Status is That, even in the diversity of creation; is the possibility of the Realization of Being.”
