January 18th 2011 Dr. Rousseau presented a lecture entitled, "The Vedas and Sanskrit" to Scottish Rite Masons at the Seattle based Shoreline Masonic Lodge. February 17th - 20th 2011 Dr. Rousseau traveled to Jaipour India to present a theme paper on, “Meditation, Enlightenment and Moksha" at the International Encounter on Universal Wellness Through Yoga and Holistic Health. The conference was organized by the Pandit Madhusudan Ojha Insitute of Vedic Studies and Research and chaired by Dr. Gulab Kothari with Dr. S.L. Gandhi as conference M.C.. After her initial presentation Dr. Rousseau was also asked to chair an impromptu workshop on “Enlightenment From a Vedic Perspective”. After her workshop Dr. Rousseau was again asked to speak on her perspective of the conference as a whole and given special recognition by conference chair, Dr. Gulab Kothari.
